RELIEVERS—Post-trade deadline bullpens, 2016

Teams like the Yankees are making trades for a better tomorrow.  This week, the reliever trades have been big stories, with Andrew Miller (LHP, CLE) leaving the Yankees (as anticipated in this column last week) for the Indians, Mark Melancon (RHP, WAS) leaving the Pirates for the Nationals, and Tyler Clippard (RHP, NYY) leaving the Diamondbacks for the Yankees. Zach Duke (LHP, STL) went from the White Sox to the Cardinals and both Wade Davis (RHP, KC) and Jason Motte (RHP, COL) went on the disabled list.

At the finish line, Jesse Chavez (RHP, LA) went from the Blue Jays to the Dodgers, Joe Smith (RHP, CHC) went from the Angels to the Cubs, Antonio Bastardo (LHP, PIT) went from the Mets to the Pirates, and the Brewers traded the entire...
