RELIEVERS: LIMA Plan Targets

Here are some top-shelf skill sets to consider late in regular AL-only or NL-only drafts if using LIMA. These relievers are expected to have over 40 innings pitched, go for $3 or less, carry at least a 6.0 Dom, 2.0 Cmd and 1.0 hr/9, with a xERA under 3.50 and BPV of at least 100.
