RELIEVERS: Elite skills for your review

This column looks at skills, K% and K%-BB%, to somewhat tell you the obvious who is elite, but also to see what names pop up that you might not expect, so that you can consider them for your short lists during the coming offseason. Let's start with K% and here the filter is a steep K% of at least 35% for at least 20 innings. There are only eleven relievers who hit this mark:
