RELIEVERS: The elite of the elite in 2019

This week, the column grabs the top reliever skill sets by filtering as follows: xERA under 3.50, projected xERA under 3.50, at least 20 innings pitched (through Aug. 15), Dom over 10.0, Cmd ratio over 3.0, HR.9 under 1.2 (although two exceptions to this show up on the chart), and a BPV over 150. Those are very tough criteria, and yet eight relievers meet all of them and two meet all of them except HR/9. Here are the elite eight:
