RELIEVERS: Change is good

Usually, the All-Star Break is a great time to take a deep breath, assess strengths and weaknesses, make trade offers or at least open lines to other teams, and if you are in the same town as the festivities, play hookie and take it all in, as I have been doing here in Cincinnati this week. Saving descriptions of Fan Fest the Futures Game and the Celebrity Softball Game for another day, today we focus on five interesting bullpens—Arizona, Boston, Miami, San Diego and Texas. Let's take them in reverse order.
