The Thrive or Dive series returns for Opening Day 2021! This is the third annual installment. It’s my scouting eye against the BHQ projection system. I look at several rookies expected to be performers and give you the lowdown on whether each will Thrive (meet or exceed their projected value) or Dive (not meet their projected value) in 2021, based on my scout’s eye.
