MINORS: The Eyes Have It—Slumping prospects

There is a lot of chance in scouting looks. Sometimes you see a guy firing on all cylinders, and sometimes you see them in a slump. Mostly, you see guys somewhere in-between. The goal is to never get too high on a guy performing well, like many on Twitter with Braves prospect Jasseel De La Cruz’s 89-pitch shutout last weekend (Scouting report), or when a guy is slumping, like Twins prospect Alex Kirilloff.
