MINORS: The Eyes Have It—Michael Harris

High-A is new to me. After over a decade covering minor league prospects at several different levels, including a few lower levels no longer in existence, I finally scouted a High-A game for the first time on 5/18. Rome (Braves), formerly of the South Atlantic League (Low-A), is now apart of the High-A East South division. Since Rome is one of two home parks for me, High-A baseball is now a part of my live coverage.

Thus far, High-A live look coverage has been spotty. I had two opportunities to catch Bowling Green (High-A Rays) vs. Rome. My two main road targets, Greg Jones (SS, TAM) and Blake Hunt (C, TAM), sat out one of the two games I worked during their week in town.
