MINORS: The Eyes Have It—Bo Naylor, Matthew Allan, and Gunnar Henderson

The anticipation is palpable. The first minor league action in 18 months is 2 weeks away. I open up with Double-A Angels vs. Reds for a six-game set (every minor league series runs Tues-Sun) on May 4th. It’s a great first week matchup, especially since Reds General Manager Nick Krall, during a Reds television broadcast, said Hunter Greene, Nick Lodolo, and José García are likely to start in Chattanooga this season. The Angels could have Jordyn Adams start with Rocket City. I could see Reid Detmers start in Double-A too, given how advanced he was coming out of Louisville in last year’s draft.
