MINORS: The Eyes have it— Lake County, Lansing, Gwinnett, Syracuse

It goes without saying, but there is nothing better than sitting in a ballpark watching baseball, particularly in the minors. I could do without some of the between-innings shenanigans, but prospect watching is as good as it has ever been.

Based upon recent games I've attended, I'll share personal observations as well as opinions from scouts. 

LAKE COUNTY (CLE) at LANSING (TOR); Low-A Midwest League

Greg Allen (OF, CLE) - I've seen Lake County a handful of times this year and the 22-year-old continues to grow on me. He is currently second in the Midwest League in stolen bases (32) and the switch-hitter has a smooth stroke from both sides of the plate.
