MINORS: Breaking Down On-Base prospects

With Double-A, High-A and Low-A kicking off their seasons today, I wanted to get to an article concept I had for the 2023 Minor League Baseball Analyst that I left on the cutting room floor. If you are in an OBP format, you take flyers on high minor league walk rates wherever you find them. Scouting for OBP formats is difficult. As someone who has been trying to find an edge in several OBP format dynasty/keeper leagues, even someone as sourced as I am and who scouts at the park, I struggle plucking these types out of the air. Eventually, guys with high OBP start creeping up fantasy prospect boards. I sometimes wonder if it’s simply a product of their OBP or more. Today, let's touch on a few of these types...
