MINORS: 2023 College World Series Preview

The College World Series began in 1947, and few can match this year’s field in terms of top-end teams and talent. It’s possible that the top three picks (and six of the top 10) of this summer’s MLB draft will be playing in Omaha, in addition to another four or five first-round candidates likely for this year’s draft alone. 

Play begins on Friday, June 16, and is scheduled to last until June 25-27. We’ve listed some players to watch on each team. Teams are listed in order of future potential fantasy appeal. Players listed are draft-eligible for 2023 unless noted in parenthesis.
