This week we continue our annual review of the top prospects in baseball by position. Between  now and Opening Day, we'll examine one position a week by looking at both those rookies ready to contribute in the big leagues now, as well as a run-down of the top 15 long-term prospects at each position.

This week we take a look at the top outfield prospects in baseball. Unlike last year, the 2016 crop of impact outfield prospects is relatively thin. The Twins Byron Buxton was the top ranked prospect in our recent HQ100 and has the tools to be a fantasy stud. He will start the year as the Twins opening day lineup and is a must own in all formats.
