MINORS: 2016 Futures Game—10 things to watch

As has been the case in the past, the rosters for the 2016 Futures Game are loaded with elite, blue-chip prospects. This year there are 18 players from the HQ100 list participating in the game. Rather than a straight preview of the rosters, minors team members Rob Gordon and Chris Blessing picked out things to watch for, as many will get to see these prospect on TV for the first time. Many of these players will be fantasy contributors soon, and the Futures Game represents a unique viewing opportunity. With the exception of the U.S. 17-5 blowout in 2012 and last year’s 10-1 tilt, pitching has ruled this matchup and this year should be no exception. Here are ten things to keep an eye on; five on each roster:
