Silvino Bracho (RHP, ARI)
The Diamondbacks selected the contract of Bracho, a 23-year-old reliever, and he’s up in the majors for the first time. He signed out of Venezuela in 2011 and has served as a closer in each season of his professional career. He has a short, thin frame (5’11”, 180 pounds), but he uses a very quick, compact delivery to generate quality velocity.
