Needing an extra bullpen arm, the Tampa Bay Rays called up Eric Orze. Now 27, Orze appeared in a couple of games for the Mets in 2024, after stalling out in Triple-A for three seasons. The 6’4”, 205-pound right-hander had a nice spring, striking out 10 and only walking two of the 24 batters he faced. He then went to Triple-A Durham where he struck out...
