Updated park factors

Before we assess players, we will use the data to calculate HR park factors, which will be used later to park-adjust for each batted ball.

There are several ways we’d like to do this, but only one that can work with the sample size we currently have available. Ideally, we’d create a fit for each ballpark, by handedness, for each combination of LA and EV’, and create a dHR for each ballpark, but there isn’t nearly enough data to do this. Failing that, we’d like to be able to find an offset for Midpoint and Width for each ballpark-handedness combo, but even combining all...
