If you're like most fantasy managers, you probably pay a lot of attention to average draft position (ADP) data, and trust it as an accurate measure of players' market prices when planning and executing your drafts.
While somewhat helpful as a quick-and-dirty resource, the “A” in ADP— average—unfortunately masks what's really going on in the market. Our preferred approach is to collect and analyze daily draft data, which is far more revealing.
