In our deep dive on average exit velocity, we found that there is a pretty strong correlation between a starting pitcher's average exit velocity and both his ERA and HR/9.

But what about the frequency at which a starting pitcher allows high levels of exit velocity? Here, we will see which of our stats and skills have a correlation with the rate at which a SP allows 95+ mph exit velocity.
