As the weather starts to warm up, particularly in the northern states, minor league baseball is starting to flourish. Scouts are out in abundance and so is the crew at BaseballHQ. Having an appropriate blend of scouting and statistical analysis is important when assessing the wonderful world of prospects. In today's inaugural edition of the Inflation/Deflation report, we examine well-regarded prospects who have seen their stock rise or fall in the first month of the season. Of course, small sample caveats apply. However, these are some prospects to keep a close eye on. The esteemed Rob Gordon (NL) and Jeremy Deloney (AL) will be evaluating such prospects every-other week throughout the baseball season....
