Our minor-league gurus are back for week 2 of a discussion on their 2012 Top 100 list, players and processes.

QUESTION: Jeremy, your 2012 list has a handful of guys from the 2011 draft that were outside of the top 10 overall picks (Springer, Bell, Wong and Cron were all in your top 75). Rob has some of these listed, but generally much lower. Many of these guys have had only very limited pro experience. How important is upside to each of you when you put together your individual top 100? And related, was the 2011 draft an outlier as far as upside talent?
