RESEARCH: Converting from x/9 to %-based metrics

Editor's note: This article appeared in the 2021 Baseball Forecaster. This week, we are making the corresponding changes to add these % denominators here on the web site. In Playerlink, use the "Show %" button on the top of the page to toggle between old x/9 metrics and new %-based metrics. In the Stats and Projections files, and in the Custom Draft Guide output, you'll find both x/9 and %-based numbers for a while, as we make this transition.
