STARTERS: Young SP spring takeaways

Our next two columns will take a look at the stats and skills posted by starting pitchers during spring training.

Let's start by focusing on SP who are age 26 or under. Our goal will be to help you see which young SP are being used the most, which could be an indicator of how their MLB teams view their potential impact in 2014. 

We'll also take a look at their spring training surface stats to see if they have underlying skill support, keeping in mind that these data samples are tiny, and ERA and other rate stats are subject to huge swings with one good or bad outing.
