STARTERS: H%, S%, hr/f anomalies 2016

When looking for mid-season SP buy-low or sell-high targets, one effective method is to target those with extreme hit (H%), strand (S%), and HR per flyball (hr/f) rates. In many cases, those extreme marks carry the best regression potential over the remainder of the season.
