BPV home/road, 2024

Our research a decade ago showed that stats and skills such as ERA, WHIP, win percentage, BPV, Dom (K/9), and Ctl (BB/9) all have significant home/road performance variances.

When deciding which SP to activate on a daily basis, a general rule is to target SP pitching at home, as home pitchers post much better stats and skills than their road counterparts.
