RELIEVERS: What is up with Rays, Rangers, Reds, Marlins and Cardinals?

The Rays have recently been splitting their save chances between Diego Castillo (RHP, TAM) and J.P. Feyereisen (RHP, TAM) with three apiece over the past 30 days. Of course, Castillo has been good (2.51 xERA, 219 BPV) while Feyereisen has not (6.86 xERA, -75 BPV). Here are the usage numbers over the past 30 days:
