RELIEVERS: A Plan B for Every Occasion, pt. 2

We continue to roll through some scenarios if incumbent or designated closers get hurt, traded or replaced--this time with Milwaukee through Washington. (All statistics are current BaseballHQ.com projections).

Milwaukee

The Brewers had an excellent run in 2011 due to in infusion of starting pitching, a strong lineup, and an underrated pen.  Closer John Axford (RHP) had a strong year and expects to return and do much the same in 2012.  But if he fails or gets hurt, the Brewers have a ready Plan B:

MIL IP Sv BS Hld Dom Cmd HR/9 xERA BPV
==========  ===  ==  ==  === ====  ====  ====  ====  ===
Axford       65  34   2    0 10.7   2.9   0.4  3.04  117
F.Rodriguez  65   8   6   22 10.1   2.8   0.6  3.17  110
Fiers    ...

Almost!
