BATTERS: None on-runners on splits, 2016

One approach to identify potential BA, HR, and RBI surgers is to split their skills and analyze the extremes to determine if they could be a tweak away from finishing strong. One example is to look at a batter's stats and skills with the bases empty and with runners on base.
