Comments: Hard-throwing, athletic RHP was up to 105 mph. Has filled out frame; solid build with elite arm speed. Four-seamer sits 97-101 with solid carry when commanded up; lacks life when down in zone, which contributes to high EV numbers. SL dominates—commands it well and has wicked plus break. Cannot corral CU at present.
