The Tigers will recall the 25-year-old from Triple-A and he’ll make his major league debut when he starts on Monday, Sept. 4. The tall and lean righty has been a consistent and steady performer as a pro, exhibiting quality command and strike-throwing. Lewicki began the year in Double-A and was elevated to Triple-A in early August. He has two solid offerings in his 90-95 mph fastball and slider. He spots both pitches effectively low in the zone and has the ability to move the ball in and out. Lewicki sequences well despite a sub-par curveball and below...
