GM's OFFICE: Trade negotiation workshop, Billy Hamilton edition

Given our "UP: 90 SB" comment on him in the 2017 Baseball Forecaster, it shouldn't be surprising that I ended up owning Billy Hamilton on several of my teams this year. In the course of the pre-season after drafting him a couple of times, I came to appreciate the logistical difficulties in building a fantasy roster around Hamilton. There's great power in drafting a single category-dominating asset; we haven't seen one like this in a couple of decades. But properly executing a draft around that asset takes some planning.

In particular, if you're drafting with a target number of SB in mind, you need to put an actual projection on Hamilton in terms of that goal. Given how unique and irreplaceable an asset he is, you have to figure out how...
