DR HQ: Midseason report - injured hitters

With the All-Star break just around the corner, this edition of Dr. HQ focuses on evaluating key hitters who are either injured or underperforming due to health issues. In most leagues, the fact that a player is on the disabled list or under performing his price tag should reduce his trade price. The key is being able to pry that player away from his owner AND knowing which players are better percentage plays to acquire.
