PT TOMORROW: NL West—More homers by the bay?

It seems permanently ingrained in our minds that Oracle Park is a hitter's graveyard, particularly for LHB. Heck, our Park Factors, which pull from the last three years of data, give Oracle awful HR grades (-32% / -20% LHB/RHB HR). But the Giants made two changes to their home track this year: 1) they moved in the bullpens to shorten the dimensions to center field, and perhaps more importantly, 2) sealed off archways in right field to keep fans from congregating behind the RF wall. That second change is proving to have some unintended consequences thus far—the prevailing wind blowing in from the bay has been partially blocked, and balls are flying out:
