PT TOMORROW: NL West—Getting healthy

Colorado Rockies

A broken finger sustained while sliding into second base derailed what was an excellent start for Nolan Arenado (3B, COL) this season. Arenado has been out since May 23, though his latest X-ray came back clean and he's expected to start swinging the bat in preparation for a rehab assignment. Arenado was on a tear before the injury as he hit .305 with six HR through 190 AB. Arenado's start was backed by full skills support as well (86% ct%, .296 xBA, 80 BPV), so while a return from a hand injury always presents its risks, the job is all his when he's back. His bat will fill a major void for COL at the hot corner.

Charlie Culberson (2B, COL) has grabbed most of the PT in Arenado's absence and will see his opportunities...
