While Jeremy Hellickson (RHP, WAS) has largely held his own across three starts with the Nationals (4.11 ERA), he is unlikely to make a positive impact beyond eating roughly five innings every fifth game. And with the Mets, Phillies and Braves off to promising starts, the Nationals are going to feel more pressure to consistently put their best foot forward than they did last year. If the club is looking to take their rotation from very good to excellent, they could replace Hellickson with one of their prospects later in May.
