When the Braves lost closer Arodys Vizcaíno (RHP, ATL) for the rest of the season to a shoulder injury, many assumed A.J. Minter (LHP, ATL) would take over the role and run with it. Since the injury, though, Minter has recorded only two saves, and none since a particularly rough outing on April 27, in which he retired only two of six batters and gave up 4 ER while taking the loss. Meanwhile, Luke Jackson (RHP, ATL) has earned two of the team’s last three saves.
