Entering 2015, Mark Canha (1B/OF, OAK) projected as a right-handed-hitting short-side platoon option, with his Rule 5 status, Nate Freiman's lat injury, and a big spring all factoring into his spot on the Opening Day roster. But Canha entered the second Monday of the season leading the club with 6 RBI and on a 9-for-25 tear before going 2-for-5 with another RBI Monday. The question that happy Canha owners must mull over now is what are his possibilities from here—with the logical answer being that nothing has really changed.
