PT TOMORROW: AL East—Wilson may rise from muck in BAL rotation

As spring training winds on, Orioles manager Buck Showalter has made it clear that his team’s starting rotation is anything but set.

Perhaps the primary “riser” in the competition is Tyler Wilson (RHP, BAL). Wilson has yielded 3 ER in 9 1/3 spring innings, striking out six and walking none.

In his outing March 15, Wilson took over for an ineffective Chris Tillman (RHP, BAL) and hurled 3 1/3 scoreless frames, perhaps bringing the battle into sharper focus for his manager.
