In his first DL-free season in three years, Tyson Ross (RHP, DET) looked to regain the form that made him a middle-of-the-rotation pillar for the San Diego Padres back in 2014 and 2015, but unfortunately, he was unable to capitalize on his rediscovered health.  After posting decent numbers in the first half (xERA 3.88, oOPS of .665) Ross could not sustain the momentum and fell off dramatically as his xERA jumped to 5.00 and his oOPS likewise ballooned to .794.  He was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals and installed in their bullpen where his performance stabilized somewhat over 26.1 innings pitched.  His slightly elevated Ctl of 3.4 was in line with the rest of his season, but his Dom fell to a stark 5.1.  Signed by the...
