The devastating injury to José Reyes (SS, TOR) overshadows the fact that Reyes had come out of the gate strong, especially with 5 SBs already. Where speed is a major part of Reyes' fantasy value, owners will have continued concerns even after Reyes is able to return to the field.

Emilio Bonifácio (IF, TOR) and Maicer Izturis (IF, TOR) will need to be in the lineup simultaneously beyond the return date of Brett Lawrie (3B, TOR). The virtual everyday status should help Bonifacio and Izturis' counting stats. Owners are no doubt hoping their stolen-base production will pick up, as neither has an attempt yet this season. It will be interesting to see if manager John Gibbons plays it conservative with Bonifacio and Izturis...
