NEWS: Los Angeles placed outfielder Mike Trout on the 10-day IL with a left hamate fracture.

IMPACT: High

BHQ SPIN: In a huge blow to the Angels, their franchise cornerstone broke his hamate bone in his hand. The timeline for his return is somewhere between 4 and 8 weeks and is heavily dependent on whether Trout undergoes surgery to repair the fracture. Surgery is usually required for an injury of this type, but Trout (-20%) has yet to receive official word. With such a key contributor being removed from the lineup for 1 to 2 months, there will be a significant shakeup of PT. Jo Adell (+15%) was recalled from the minors in a corresponding move and will fulfill a short-side platoon role in the corner...
