BHQ take: DeJong to the DL was the biggest of several Cardinal moves. At this point, it’s not clear how long he will be out but it sounds like awhile. Most likely the Cards will look to Jedd Gyorko to play short whike DeJong is out. Gyorko hasn’t played regularly, but he does have a .270 xBA and a 144 xPX so far in 2018.
