TEX pen showing age—and depth
Suddenly in September, with 12 games remaining against OAK and LAA, the Rangers bullpen is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Following a disastrous outing and blown save on Thursday vs. CLE, 37-year-old closer Joe Nathan (RHP, TEX), was unavailable this past weekend after complaining of a "slight dead arm" stretch. Nathan will reportedly be ready to go again Tuesday after a four-day rest.
