Drabek pulled for elbow injury
Kyle Drabek (RHP, TOR) exited Wednesday's start in the fifth inning after feeling a "popping sensation" in his right elbow. Tests right after the game came back fine, but both Drabek and manager John Farrell said they weren't sure if he'd make his next scheduled start. Additional tests were pending.
Drabek had Tommy John surgery in 2007 as a minor-leaguer in the Phillies' organization, but claimed this felt different. After spending most of the 2011 2H in the minors, Drabek has not had an encouraging return in 2012.
