MATCHUPS: AL Weekend, June 28-July 1

This AL Weekend Series Matchup column previews seven American League sets, six of which are slated to get underway on Thursday and conclude on Sunday. All seven series this weekend are four-game sets, as the KC-at-MIN matchup on Saturday is a doubleheader. Four of the series are at parks with high home-run rates (BAL, NYY, TEX, TOR at home), and with warm weather in the offing, long balls could be more of a factor than usual in the fantasy run-scoring environment.
