KEEPERS: Using injuries to your advantage

We touched on it in our Keeper League Primer, and our own Dr. HQ, Rick Wilton, reminds us with each column: injuries are a huge part of this game. They can eliminate you or your competitors from your fantasy race; they can also obscure real skills by going under-reported or even unreported. Players who were hurt the previous season can be out-of-sight/out-of-mind for many owners during draft preparation. And spring injuries for players owned by your league's contenders can free up future-year production--sometimes for pennies on the dollar.
