KEEPERS: A time for change

For commissioners heading keeper league formats, these last months of the calendar year are critical for updating constitutions that need tweaks or more significant makeovers. Obviously in healthier leagues, rule changes will be discussed and decided upon all year long, since their differing natures will often impact in-season implementation. Ideas should be sought out and discussed year-round, allowing and soliciting input from all interested owners. In pursuit of fairness, potential changes that impact individual teams differently will often require flexibility and carefully thought-out transitions that could span several seasons. 

Obviously different leagues have different issues, needs and rules, and a one-size-fits-all rule-change...
