KEEPERS: Changing things up

For the commissioners and "executive committees" of keeper league (KL) and dynasty formats, autumn and the passing of 2016 is a critical time for 2017 preparations. Obviously in healthy, vital leagues and especially with respect to rule change proposals, these discussions are being held all year long and involve input from all owners. Since at least some adjustments are likely to impact individual owners and teams differently, changes are best phased in over time.
