The end of the 2015 fantasy season starts the clock on your 2016 preparations, particularly if you’re looking for rule changes—whether they are for 2016 or beyond. And regardless of your league’s format/structure, some starting points are obvious. While it’s difficult to propose a one-template-fits-all column for this purpose, the general and often ongoing issues that concern keeper/dynasty league owners of all stripes are very similar.
