Scoresheet's final supplemental draft runs August 27-28, just days before the September 1 trading deadline.

Depth is very important during the final month of the Scoresheet season.  Players on non-contending teams are more likely to be "shut down" if injured late in the season.  This can leave frustrated Scoresheet owners with giant holes in their lineups come playoff time.  Teams looking towards the playoffs need as many viable options as possible.  In this context, the last supplemental draft takes on added importance.  It is the last chance, aside from a trade, to add players to your roster.  Contending teams will use this draft in conjunction with the trade deadline to bolster their rosters.  Non-contending teams should proceed with...
